Comparisons

How does AIcruiters compare with other ways to source candidates?

AIcruiters is an agentic sourcing platform: it analyses the vacancy, searches the market, ranks candidates with evidence and runs personal outreach under your approval rules. These comparisons set it against LinkedIn Recruiter, manual sourcing, recruitment agencies and other sourcing tools, including where the alternative is the better choice.

How do you compare sourcing tools fairly?

Compare the work, not the feature list. Most sourcing tools can search and send messages. What differs is who does each step, what it costs as your vacancy volume grows, and how much control your team keeps over what goes out in your name.

Every comparison on these pages uses the same questions. Where we state facts about another product, they come from that vendor's own public pages, dated and listed as sources. Where a competitor is stronger, we say so. If a page is out of date, tell us and we correct it.

  • Who does the work: does the tool help a recruiter search, or does it execute steps on its own?
  • Cost model: per seat, per result, per placement or per business case, and what happens to cost when volume doubles.
  • Candidate reach: which sources are searched, and whether the people found are active job seekers or passive professionals.
  • Evidence: can a recruiter see why a candidate ranks high, including missing requirements and risks?
  • Control: which actions run automatically, which need approval, and what happens when the system is uncertain.
