AIcruiters vs Loxo: which one does your recruitment team need?

Loxo is a talent intelligence platform that combines an ATS, recruitment CRM, a talent database of 850M+ professionals, email and SMS outreach and AI agents in one system of record. AIcruiters is not an ATS. It is an agentic sourcing layer that runs the work from vacancy to handover, with explainable ranking and personal LinkedIn outreach under your approval rules.

What is Loxo?

Loxo describes itself as a Talent Intelligence Platform that “unifies sourcing, CRM, ATS, outreach and AI Agents into one system of record”. In practice it is one product in which a recruitment firm keeps its jobs, candidates, clients, pipelines and activity history, and from which it also finds and contacts people.

Its sourcing module, Loxo Source, searches your own database together with what Loxo calls a global talent dataset of more than 850 million professionals. Outreach runs as multi-stage email and SMS sequences, with calls and meetings in the same place. Loxo also lists a set of AI agents, among them sourcing agents for longlists and shortlists, a contact info finding agent, a candidate submittal agent, a job description agent and an AI notetaker.

Its solution pages address recruiting firms, executive search, staffing agencies, RPO and in-house teams. The pricing page shows three tiers: Core and Professional start at $149 and $199 per user per month, billed annually, and Enterprise is a custom annual agreement (per 17 September 2026, subject to change). Loxo Source and a monthly credit allowance per user are part of Professional.

Where does AIcruiters differ from Loxo?

Loxo wants to be the system your firm runs on. AIcruiters leaves your system of record where it is and takes over one job: sourcing for live vacancies, carried out end to end by agents. For more context on the category, see the comparison overview.

It starts from the vacancy, not from a database

Vacancy intelligence splits hard requirements from preferences and maps titles, sectors, skills and career paths into a search strategy. The agent then searches several routes, removes duplicates, ranks, writes, follows up and hands over positive replies. Loxo also offers AI agents, but inside a much broader platform; AIcruiters is built around this single workflow.

A ranking you can defend to a client

Every candidate is scored against the full vacancy with the reasoning visible: matching experience, missing requirements and risk factors. That is what an account manager needs when a client asks why candidate four is on the list. See candidate ranking.

LinkedIn outreach with approval rules

AIcruiters writes a personal LinkedIn message per candidate, based on profile and vacancy, and follows up consistently. Your team sets tone and rules, and decides per action whether a person approves first. Loxo's outreach page describes email, SMS, calls and meetings. Which channel your candidates actually answer on is worth checking before you choose.

Built in the Netherlands by a recruitment agency and AI engineers

Loxo was built as the system a firm runs on. AIcruiters comes from the other side of that desk: SocialFind, a Dutch recruitment agency, knows the sourcing work that happens next to an ATS every day, and UPPR builds the agents that carry it out. It serves EU teams in English and Dutch. Where Loxo offers EU Model Clauses on its GDPR page, AIcruiters covers privacy and hosting in the technical review.

Priced on a business case

There is no price list. The investment is set against the sourcing cost it can replace: LinkedIn Recruiter seats and manual sourcing hours. The business case shows every assumption.

When is Loxo the better choice?

Choose Loxo when your real problem is the system, not your sourcing capacity. Loxo is broad, and that breadth is a strength when you are selecting a platform.

  • You are starting a firm, or leaving spreadsheets, and need ATS, CRM and pipeline in one product.
  • You want to consolidate separate tools for data, sequences, notes and contact details into one database and one contract.
  • Your candidate and business development outreach runs through email, SMS and phone, and you want it next to your records.
  • Contact data such as personal emails and direct phone numbers is central to how your recruiters work.
  • You prefer a published per-user price and a self-directed trial before you talk to sales.

When is AIcruiters the better choice?

Choose AIcruiters when you are keeping your ATS and the bottleneck is the hours recruiters lose to searching, screening and writing messages.

  • You already run an ATS or CRM that works, and replacing it would be a migration project you do not need.
  • Your candidates are found and respond on LinkedIn, and you pay for one or more Recruiter seats. See AIcruiters vs LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Every shortlist has to be explainable to a hiring manager or client.
  • Nobody may be contacted in your name without the approval rules your team has set.
  • You recruit in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU and want Dutch-language outreach from a partner who knows agency work.
  • You want the investment tied to cost you can take out, rather than to user count.

What a sourcing agent next to your ATS looks like in an agency

Picture an agency with an ATS it is happy with and three new vacancies on Monday. AIcruiters turns each vacancy into a search strategy the recruiter approves, runs the searches, ranks candidates with reasoning and sends personal LinkedIn messages within the agreed rules. When a candidate replies with interest, the recruiter receives the profile, match reasoning and full conversation. The ATS stays the place where the placement is managed.

  • Recruiter approves the search strategy per vacancy
  • Doubtful cases go to a person before any outreach
  • Handover includes profile, reasoning and conversation history
How human control works

How do you test Loxo and AIcruiters fairly?

  1. 01

    Use one live, hard vacancy

Not a demo profile. Pick a role you are struggling to fill, so both products are judged on the same market.

  2. 02

Separate system needs from sourcing needs

Write down whether you are buying a system of record, sourcing capacity or both. That settles the comparison faster than any feature list.

  3. 03

Judge the shortlist, not the search result

Ask for the reasoning behind the top ten. Would you send it to a client as it is?

  4. 04

    Count the full cost

User plans, credit add-ons, the Recruiter seats you keep or drop and the recruiter hours saved. The savings calculator gives an indicative figure.

  5. 05

    Test control and data

Who approves outreach, what happens with doubtful candidates, where data lives. The buyer's guide to AI sourcing tools lists the questions.

Questions about Loxo and AIcruiters

Is Loxo an ATS or a sourcing tool?

Both. Loxo positions itself as one system of record combining ATS, recruitment CRM, sourcing, outreach and AI agents. According to its pricing page, the Loxo Source talent database is part of the Professional plan.

Can AIcruiters replace Loxo?

Not as ATS or CRM. AIcruiters does not manage jobs, clients or placements. It takes over sourcing work: vacancy analysis, search, ranking, outreach, follow-up and handover.

Can we run AIcruiters next to our current ATS?

That is the intended setup. How the handover reaches your ATS is assessed per ATS: a direct integration, a structured handover or an alternative. We agree this before implementation starts.

What does Loxo cost?

Per 17 September 2026, Loxo's pricing page lists Core from $149 and Professional from $199 per user per month, billed annually, and Enterprise on a custom annual agreement. Prices are subject to change, so check the page for the current version.

How is AIcruiters priced?

There is no price list. We build a business case on your seats, sourcing hours and vacancy volume. The public calculator is indicative and assumes an investment of 30% of gross sourcing savings.
