AIcruiters vs SeekOut: which fits your recruitment team?
SeekOut is an agentic AI recruiting platform for enterprise talent acquisition: search across 1B+ profiles, AI screening of inbound applicants, ATS rediscovery, multi-step campaigns and specialist filters such as US security clearances. AIcruiters is narrower by design. It runs outbound sourcing from vacancy to handover, with reasoned ranking and personal LinkedIn outreach under your approval rules.

What is SeekOut?
SeekOut describes itself as “the agentic AI recruiting platform to source from 1B+ profiles, screen applicants, and engage candidates at scale”. The company is based in Bellevue, Washington, was founded in 2017 and says it works with more than 750 enterprises. Its buyers are talent acquisition teams: recruiters, sourcers and TA leaders inside large employers.
The product has several parts. SeekOut Recruit covers search, AI-built ideal candidate profile rubrics and outreach through multi-step campaigns. SeekOut Sam screens inbound applicants against your criteria and delivers shortlists, with the line “AI screens, your team decides who moves forward”. Talent rediscovery surfaces past applicants already in your ATS, and SeekOut MCP brings its recruiting capabilities into MCP-compatible AI assistants.
SeekOut is also known for specialist search. Its cleared-talent page lists more than 3.7 million cleared candidates and twelve US clearance levels, and higher plans include advanced diversity filters. The partners page names integrations with Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, SAP SuccessFactors, Bullhorn and others.
Where does AIcruiters differ from SeekOut?
SeekOut covers the full enterprise funnel: outbound, inbound, rediscovery and analytics. AIcruiters does one part of that, outbound sourcing for open vacancies, and runs it as a configured workflow rather than as a platform your team operates. The comparison overview shows where other tools sit.
One workflow instead of a platform suite
AIcruiters analyses the vacancy, searches several routes, ranks, writes, follows up and hands over interested candidates. Each step is described on its own page, starting with AI candidate sourcing. Implementation configures that one workflow around your vacancies, criteria, tone and approval rules.
Reasoning written out per candidate
SeekOut uses rubrics to evaluate candidates. AIcruiters scores each candidate against the full vacancy and records matching experience, missing requirements and risk factors, so the recruiter or client sees the argument, not just the score. See candidate ranking.
Personal LinkedIn outreach with approval rules
Outreach is a personal LinkedIn message per candidate with consistent follow-up. Your team decides tone, rules and whether a person approves searches, selection, outreach or handover first. Doubtful cases go to a person. How that works is on human in the loop.
A European partner that knows agency recruitment
SeekOut says it serves more than 750 enterprises from its base in Bellevue, Washington, and its specialist filters reflect US hiring, such as security clearances. AIcruiters comes out of Dutch recruitment practice: SocialFind, a recruitment agency, and UPPR, which builds production AI agents. It serves EU teams in English and Dutch, from agencies and staffing firms to in-house TA teams that are smaller than an enterprise suite assumes. Privacy and hosting are discussed in the technical review.

When is SeekOut the better choice?
SeekOut is built for large TA organisations that want one platform across the whole funnel.
- You handle high inbound volumes and want AI screening of applicants, not only outbound sourcing.
- You want to rediscover past applicants and silver medallists already sitting in an enterprise ATS such as Workday or iCIMS.
- You hire for US defence or government work and need to filter on security clearance levels.
- Diversity reporting and filters are part of your hiring policy and you want them inside the sourcing tool.
- You have a sourcing team that wants its own powerful search interface, or a single recruiter who wants a self-serve plan with a free trial.
When is AIcruiters the better choice?
AIcruiters fits when the job to be done is outbound sourcing for live vacancies, and you want it carried out rather than made easier.
- Your bottleneck is recruiter hours spent searching, screening profiles and writing messages, not a lack of data.
- You recruit mostly in the Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe, and your candidates are reachable on LinkedIn. See AIcruiters vs LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You are an agency, staffing firm or mid-sized in-house team for which an enterprise suite is more than you need. See AIcruiters for recruitment agencies.
- You need approval rules per action before an agent contacts anyone on your behalf.
- You want the investment based on the seats and sourcing hours it replaces, shown in a business case.
Outbound is where the recruiter hours go
Inbound screening deals with people who already applied. For scarce profiles, the work is outbound: finding people who are not looking, judging fit from a profile and writing a message that gets a reply. AIcruiters is built for that part. The agent follows up consistently and hands over only the candidates who show real interest.
- Personal message per candidate, based on profile and vacancy
- Tone, rules and approval set by your team
- Follow-up runs on schedule, handover when interest is real

Map your funnel
Split your hires into inbound, rediscovered and outbound. If most of the pain is outbound, a suite and an agent are solving different problems.

Run the same vacancy in both. For a Dutch or German role, count relevant candidates who are actually reachable.
- 03
Read the reasoning
Take the top ten and check whether the evaluation would convince a hiring manager without opening each profile.
