What is Juicebox, and what is PeopleGPT?
Juicebox calls itself an AI Recruiting Platform. Its best-known part is PeopleGPT: you describe who you are looking for in plain language, no Boolean required, and Juicebox “builds you a ranked candidate pool that you can review in seconds, with all the hiring signals you need”. According to its homepage, the search covers 800M global profiles from more than 30 data sources.
Around that search sits outreach. Juicebox describes dynamic email sequences personalised per send with AI, and lets you add social and call steps to the cadence. Juicebox Agents take on more of the work: they calibrate searches through conversation, assess every profile against your criteria and send personalised emails. You can run them “fully hands-off, or set manual checkpoints at shortlist or sequencing”.
Juicebox is sold self-serve. The pricing page lists a free plan, paid Starter and Growth plans per seat, a custom Business plan on annual terms, and Agents as a separate add-on. Its integrations page mentions 41 ATS systems and 21 CRMs, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Bullhorn.
Where does AIcruiters differ from Juicebox?
Both products use AI to find candidates and both offer agents. Juicebox gives recruiters a fast search engine and an outreach tool they operate themselves, with agents you can switch on. AIcruiters is delivered as a configured sourcing workflow: the agent does the work, your team sets the rules. The comparison overview places both in the wider market.
A prompt versus a vacancy analysis
A PeopleGPT search is as good as the description the recruiter types. AIcruiters takes the vacancy itself as input: vacancy intelligence separates hard requirements from preferences and maps adjacent titles, sectors and career paths before a single search runs. For hard-to-fill roles that step is often where a good longlist is won or lost.
Reasoning per candidate
Juicebox shows a ranked pool with hiring signals. AIcruiters scores every candidate against the full vacancy and writes out why: matching experience, missing requirements and risk factors. See candidate ranking for how that reads in practice.
LinkedIn as the main channel
Juicebox's outreach centres on email, with social and call steps you can add. AIcruiters writes a personal LinkedIn message per candidate and follows up there, which suits teams whose candidates are easier to reach on LinkedIn than by cold email. Read more on LinkedIn outreach automation.
Rules per action, and a Dutch recruitment partner
Juicebox lets you place checkpoints at shortlist or sequencing. AIcruiters splits control into four separate approval points, the search strategy, the selection, outreach and the handover, and routes doubtful cases to a person. And where Juicebox is set up self-serve, AIcruiters is configured with your team around your vacancies, criteria and tone, drawing on the recruitment practice of SocialFind, a Dutch agency, and the agent engineering of UPPR. Privacy and hosting are covered in the technical review.

When is Juicebox the better choice?
Juicebox is strong when recruiters want to drive the search themselves and move fast without a sales process.
- You want to start today: a free plan and self-serve seats, no implementation project.
- Your recruiters like exploring the market interactively and refining a search in conversation.
- Email is a channel that works for your candidates.
- You need a ready-made connection to a widely used ATS or CRM from its published list.
- You hire across many countries and want one global search index rather than a workflow tuned to one market.
When is AIcruiters the better choice?
AIcruiters fits when you do not want another tool for recruiters to operate, but sourcing work that gets done within agreed rules.
- Recruiter time is the constraint, and a faster search engine would still leave the screening, writing and follow-up with them.
- Candidates in your market respond on LinkedIn rather than email, and you currently pay for Recruiter seats. See AIcruiters vs LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Clients or hiring managers expect a written reason for every name on the shortlist.
- You want separate approval points for search, selection, outreach and handover.
- You recruit in the Netherlands or the EU and want Dutch-language outreach and a partner with agency experience.
Search results or a ranked, reasoned shortlist
A search tool answers “who matches this description?”. A sourcing agent also has to answer “who is worth contacting for this vacancy, and why?”. AIcruiters ranks each candidate against the whole vacancy and flags what is missing, so the recruiter can approve or reject without opening every profile.
- Matching experience, missing requirements and risk factors per candidate
- Doubtful profiles routed to a person
- The reasoning travels with the candidate to handover
What should you check before choosing?
Coverage in your market
Global profile counts say little about Dutch installers or German nurses. Run the same hard vacancy in both and count relevant, reachable candidates.
Who does the work after the search
Screening, messages and follow-up take most of the hours. Decide whether recruiters or an agent should carry them.

Total cost
Juicebox seats and the Agents add-on, plus the LinkedIn Recruiter licences you keep. Put that next to the indicative figure from the savings calculator; the buyer's guide to AI sourcing tools covers data, control and contract questions.
Questions about Juicebox and AIcruiters
Is PeopleGPT the same as Juicebox?
PeopleGPT is the natural-language people search inside Juicebox. Juicebox is the wider platform, which also includes email sequences, Agents, integrations and analytics.
Does Juicebox also have AI agents?
Yes. Juicebox Agents calibrate searches, assess profiles against your criteria and send personalised emails, either hands-off or with checkpoints at shortlist or sequencing. The difference with AIcruiters lies in the input (a vacancy analysis), the written reasoning per candidate, LinkedIn as the channel and approval rules per action.
Is Juicebox free?
Juicebox publishes a free plan with limited use and paid per-seat plans on its pricing page. Check that page for current prices and limits.
Can AIcruiters work with our ATS?
The connection is assessed per ATS: a direct integration, a structured handover or an alternative. We agree this before implementation, not after.
Which is cheaper?
It depends on what you compare. Juicebox is priced per seat and add-on. AIcruiters has no price list: we calculate a business case on the seats and sourcing hours it can replace. See the business case.
